Yupik’s Organic Psyllium Husk Powder 95% 40 Mesh is the milled husk of the outer coating of psyllium seeds! Psyllium husk powder has a distinct flavor that can be masked when added to foods, such as oatmeal, granola, cereal, and more.

Please note:

* % purity just indicates what amount of extraneous plant matter is present in the raw material. With 95% you have 5% extraneous plant matter

* 40 mesh will be a slightly larger particle, and a coarser product
