- Free Shipping on orders over $75* in Ontario & Quebec.
- Free Shipping on orders over $150* for rest of Canada.
- Rest of Canada - $14.99 Flat Shipping Rate for orders below $150.
Returns
- All sales are final. We do not give refunds or credits on items.
- If you received a damaged product or package, please contact customer service within 5 days from the day of delivery. We will promptly address the issue.
Taxes
- Taxes are applicable to shipping rates. HST is charged on shipping for: BC-12%, ON-13%, NL-13%, NS-15%, NB-13% and the remaining provinces 5% GST only.

Damaged Items
- If an item is damaged due to shipping, is incorrect or missing, you must report this at the time of receipt.
- Please keep the packaging and item in case they are required for processing a claim.
- Photos may be required as well to process damaged shipments.
- Bloom Organic Bazaar will not be held responsible for any items that have not been reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.
