Our no-returns policy is rooted in one principle: the integrity of your food should never be compromised.
Once a product leaves our warehouse, we can no longer verify how it has been handled or stored. Even an unopened bag of flour or dal cannot be returned to our inventory without compromising the chain of custody and quality assurance standards we work hard to maintain. Reselling that product would mean asking another customer to trust something we can no longer fully verify. That is a compromise we are unwilling to make. For your confidence in what you bring home, all sales are final.

Taxes
Most food items are exempt from tax in Canada. Where tax does apply, it is charged as Canadian law requires and calculated at checkout once you have entered your address.
