This is such a versatile and useful flour. Bloom's chana besan is finely milled, and tastes fresh. We use it in all our baking (gluten free) in a small percent to add structure to our bread or cakes, as well as in savoury dishes as the main ingredient (such as chana besan pancake with sautéed veggies in it.) I have purchased this from Bloom many many times, and highly recommend it.
I don't know how to explain that this is the just the best besan I have tried. You have to try it to understand it. My fav.
